What is DLTA Performance?
DLTA Performance is a performance coaching business founded by Kalin Sou, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with the mission of helping athletes and active individuals reach their full potential through purposeful, structured training. We believe that performance is built through a combination of intelligent programming, consistency, and a strong foundation in movement quality.
